(1) Commission rates depicted in the table above are quoted on a per-contract, per-side basis. The table above does not include customary NFA and exchange fees. Canadian clients are not eligible for progressive rates and will incur a $.50 futures transaction fee. Additional fees may apply at some foreign exchanges. Positions held overnight generating a full exchange margin will be charged an additional $0.20 per contract. Telephone orders $25/per order - in addition to all stated commissions and fees.
